Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

What are your shipping methods and costs?

We offer complimentary ground shipping via royal Mail for ALL U.K. orders and we use other various courier services for all of our international orders depending on location. Your ground shipping order will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days and it may be up to 15 days on all our international orders. Please see checkout to see what your shipping cost will be after selecting your country.

Express/Second day delivery

We offer complimentary express delivery on orders £300 or more. Your order must reach us by 12 p.m. (GMT). It will normally be delivered within two business days. To have your order by Christmas, you must place your order before 12pm GMT on December 21st to ensure delivery.

Same day delivery – London Orders only

When available, our customers in London who order by 12:00 pm GMT can select same-day delivery for a fee of £5.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number with links on how to check it. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

You, or an authorised person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, Royal Mail will leave a re-delivery slip or depot station pick slip with you and this applies only on U.K. orders.

We cannot ship to post office boxes addresses or a hotel or motel address.


You may return any product ordered on the www.my4ev3r.com website for refund or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all packs, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box).

The original invoice must be provided with any return.

To exchange a product, please contact customer service at info@my4ev3r.com or call the sales number displayed on our website. If you received an item as a gift from my4ev3r.com you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within thirty (30) days of delivery. Certain restrictions apply to any return or exchange, including for altered or personalised products, sale and other non-returnable products.

How do I request perfume samples?

Perfume samples are available only in any of our outlets, but quantities and availability may be limited. Perfume samples are not available online.

How do I change my email address for my login?

Sign in to your online account using your current email address and password. Once you have successfully signed into your account, you may change the email address by clicking on “edit your account information”.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@my4ev3r.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already dispatched.

What if I can't remember my password?

Please click login from the homepage and click “forgot password?”, then our system will prompt you to enter your email to send you an email to reset your password.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have registered, you can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting my account followed by order status.

Do I have to sign for my package upon arrival?

In most cases, yes you, or an authorised person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the postal company will leave a re-delivery slip or pick up from depot slip for you.

When I put something in my shopping cart, does it mean the items are available?

Item availability is checked when you complete the purchase and your order is processed.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to make your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability.

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes, items may be gift wrapped in our signature 4ev3r black wrapping paper with bow and embellished with a personalised gift label. Gift-wrapping is complimentary.

All items purchased from approved 4ev3r outlets or at www.my4ev3r.com are guaranteed authentic. Merchandise purchased from other websites or unauthorised dealers cannot be verified. Please contact our helpdesk for specific information.

Is sales VAT applied to my order?

4ev3r charges vat (value added tax) for online transactions based on shipping address and as required by applicable laws. The actual sales VAT will be calculated in your shopping cart area and may vary from the estimated tax. An applicable 20% vat will be applied to orders made online.
